Team, we know managing your passwords can be a real hassle and having to contact the service desk when you're 'locked out' never happens at an opportune time. The good news is, we have made it easier than ever for you to manage your own password! Once enrolled in the Versatile Self-Service Password Management (VSSPM) service, you can safely and quickly update your network password from anywhere with our web-based service.

 Tips from the Pro's!
  • You're username is always your versacomm.com address
  • This is the password you will use to login to your corporate workstation
  • Your password needs to meet basic complexity requirements ( Minimum 8 characters and use at least 3 of the following types of characters: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and/or special characters)
  • You cannot reuse your last three passwords
  • You may only update your password once every 24 hours
